Richard N. Smith, age 87, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at 1:13 AM at Vancrest of Ada.

He was born on December 18, 1934, in Lima, Ohio to the late Carl J. and Elsie (Klingler) Smith.

Richard is survived by his two children: Doug (Tricia) Smith and Donna Britt both of Ada; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Smith.  Richard was previously married to Linda Dearth.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Hull.

Richard retired after working for thirty years from Ford Motor Company of Lima.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 1, 2022, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with Pastor Don Ayers officiating.  Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Ada.
