Philip R. Quattrocchi, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 8:30 AM at his residence in Ada.

He was born on February 6, 1930 in Baltimore, MD to the late Andre and Jennie (Lanza) Quattrocchi   .  On June 9, 1957 Philip married Betty E. Tarr and she preceded him in death on February 27, 2002.

Philip retired from Ohio Northern University, Ada, where he was the Recreation Manager at McIntosh Center.  Philip always treasured the relationship he had with the students and staff at Ohio Northern.  He was a U.S. Marine Veteran.   Philip was a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Ada.   He was a member of the Ada VFW Post #9381 and a former member of the Italian American Club in Lima.

Surviving are his two daughters: Christine (David) Sutcliffe of Westlake and Nancy Sanford of Delaware; four grandchildren; and a brother, Tony Quattrocchi of Baltimore.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, one brother and two sisters.

Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.  Face coverings must be worn while attending visitation and service.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 300 East Highland Avenue, Ada, Ohio with Father Edward Shikina officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada with graveside military rites conducted by the Ada VFW Post #9381 Honor Guard.
