Paul J. Reuss, age, 76, died on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:17 AM at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

He was born on April 19, 1942 in Elgin, Illinois to the late Lawrence and Philomena (Rose) Reuss.  On July 27, 1968 Paul married Jule Rose Sweeny and she survives in Columbus.

Paul worked for the IBEW Local #32 of Lima as an electrician.  He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Jenera.  Paul was a veteran in the U.S. Navy.

Also surviving are his children: Jennifer A. (Michael D.) Elicson of Sunbury, Steven P. Reuss of Bellevue, NE, Monica R. Martin of Columbus and David L. Reuss of Columbus; six grandchildren: Gregory D. Martin, Maxwell Martin, Matthew D. Martin, Nicholas J. Martin, Michael F. Elicson and Caroline E. Elicson; and his siblings: Cecilia Skalak of Columbus, NE, Phyllis (Tom) Foland of Omaha, NE, Lawrence (Mary) Reuss of Neleigh, NE, Mary Jane (Rodney) Vyff  of Cheyenne, WY and John (Diane) Reuss of Weeping Water, NE.

A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9340 Township Road 32, Jenera, Ohio 45841 with Pastor Steve Edmiston officiating. An inurnment of ashes will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223 with Pastor Steve Edmiston officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, P.O. Box 38, Ada, Ohio 45810 for the benevolence of the family.
