Nancy L. McBride, age 81, died Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 3:02 PM at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima, Ohio.

She was born in Marion Township, Hardin County Ohio, on May 4, 1938 to the late Jack and Della (Montgomery) Risner.

Nancy had an associate degree from a Dental Technology School in California.

She is survived by two sons: John Oren Thomas of Alger and Douglas Dwight Thomas, two sisters: Bessie Vincent of Celina and Lydia Scott of Lakeview and 3 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Kimberly Thomas and brother, Sam Risner and sisters: Arizona Collingsworth, Maudie Holbrook, Mint Bayes, Martha Bilderback, and infant sisters: Elizabeth, Tressie, Ivory and Edna Mae.

A graveside service will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Preston Cemetery, County Road 90, Alger, Ohio with Rev. Bill Prater officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, P.O. Box 41, Alger, Ohio 45812 for the benevolence of the family.
