Kimberly M. "Kim" Anderson, age 52, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 12:11 PM at Kettering Health – Main Campus, surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 27, 1969, in Lima, Ohio to Pete and Linda (Allen) Pedersen of Ada.  On April 26, 2000, Kim married Joe Anderson and he survives in Waynesville, OH.

Kim is also survived by her two children: Lydia Anderson of Waynesville and Sam Anderson of Waynesville; a brother, Bruce Pedersen of Lima; five nieces and nephews: Jeremy Pedersen of Delaware, Brandon Pedersen of Lima, Lexi Pedersen of Lima, Douglas Stephens of Dayton, and Shelby Stephens of Columbus; and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa and grandma Pedersen, grandpa and grandma Allen, and her uncle, Raymond Allen.

Kim worked for Macy's for over thirty years. She was a 1987 graduate of Ada High School.  Kim and her husband, Joe enjoyed attending concerts with great friends, hiking at Caesars Creek Lake, and spending time with friends and family.  Kim especially enjoyed attending her kid's sporting events.

A memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with Pastor Craig Mansfield officiating.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the funeral home in Ada.
