Judith K. "Judy" Tackett, age 78, of Ada, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Mercy Health-St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

She was born on February 5, 1947 in Kenton, Ohio. Judith was preceded in death by her father Howard Stanley and Frankie (Hicks) Stanley.

Judith is survived by her son, Timothy Castle of Ada; two grandchildren: Kristen Ray and Devin Ray; three great grandchildren: Delilah Ray, Jasmine Ray and Thomas Ray; a sister, Carol Thornsbury of Warsaw, IN; two nieces: Lisa (William) Ludwig of Lima and Lanora (Ron Jr.) Nelson of Ada; two nephews: Gregory Thornsbury of Warsaw, IN and Vincent Olivieri of Alger; a great niece, Melanie Olivieri; and five great nephews: Ryan (Megan) Wodarski, Brett (Whitney) Wodarski, Logan Olivieri, Giovanni Olivieri and Quinton Olivieri.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammie Henson; and sister, Margaret Olivieri.

Judith worked as at Wilson Sporting Goods, Ada for twenty years.  She formerly attended Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger.  Judith enjoyed her family, they were her whole life.

It was her wish to be cremated. There will be no services at this time.
