Etta G. Spradlin, age 94, died on Tuesday, June 18, 2019        at 12:35PM at The Springs of Lima.

She was born on March 6, 1925 in Alger, Ohio to the late W.B. and Cecil (Lawrence) Warrington.  On March 17, 1950 Etta married Paul S. Spradlin and he died on March 7, 1998.

Etta was a homemaker and previously worked at City Loan and Savings of Lima as a teller for nine years.  She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America of Alger.

Etta is survived by a son, Timothy (Beth) Spradlin of Elida; two daughters: Paula (Gary) Steinke of Wapakoneta and Kimberly Spradlin of Lima; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, William Spradlin; and three sisters: Viola Miller, Lavonne Brown and Rosie Hinds.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger with Pastor Eddie Davis officiating.  Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Putnam County Homecare and Hospice.
