Ellen L. Hipsher, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 6:34 AM at her residence.

Ellen was born on February 6, 1929, in Dunkirk, Ohio to the late Roy and Olive (Blem) Morgan.  On April 30, 1948, Ellen married Jess W. Hipsher and he survives in Dunkirk.

Also surviving are her two sons: Neil (Beth) Hipsher and Jess (Jan) Hipsher both of Dunkirk; four grandchildren, and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside service will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Dunkirk Cemetery, Dunkirk with Pastor Gregg King officiating.
