Chad Edward Caudill, age 48, died on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 5:04 PM at OhioHealth Marion General Hospital.
He was born on July 15, 1973 in Lima, Ohio to Paul E. Caudill and Brenda Docter. His father, Paul and step mother, Wanda survive in Delphos and his mother, Brenda preceded him in death.
He worked in Construction.
Chad is also survived by his wife, Andrea M. (Maize) Caudill; son, Sebastian Caudill; grandson, Christian; and two sisters: Laura (Brian) Hoff of Lima and Lisa Gossman of Dayton.
Private family services will be held.
